Recruiters and companies may post job offers on the platform and must ensure that all job listings are accurate, lawful, and comply with employment laws. Job postings must not contain discriminatory language or fraudulent information. Candidates can apply to jobs by uploading their CV and providing necessary information. Jobifyre reserves the right to remove any job postings or applications that violate these terms.
Certain features on Jobifyre, such as posting job offers and accessing premium services, may require payment. Users agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the platform. Payment must be made through the accepted payment methods provided. Users are responsible for any taxes or additional charges associated with their subscription. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Recruiters and companies can create profiles to showcase their organization on the platform. Companies are responsible for ensuring that all information in their profiles is accurate and up-to-date. Jobifyre reserves the right to review and remove any company profiles that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Recruiters have access to tools for managing candidate applications, including reviewing, tracking, and organizing submissions. Recruiters must handle candidate information responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Misuse of candidate data may result in account termination.
Either you or Jobifyre may terminate your account at any time. Jobifyre reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform and its services will cease immediately. Jobifyre is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from account termination.
Jobifyre provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Jobifyre is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of job postings, CVs, or user-generated content.
